Position: Hybrid Payroll and Account Administrator Role
Support our Calgary team as a hybrid Payroll and Account Administrator. In this role, you’ll ensure payroll accuracy while managing accounts receivable processes.

We seek a detail-oriented professional with 1 to 2 years of payroll experience. Your responsibilities will include processing payroll efficiently, adhering to compliance guidelines, and overseeing client account setups.

Experience with payroll software is essential for this position focused on detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all payroll cycles for employees

• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports

• Calculate deductions, bonuses, and overtime pay

• Invoicing and managing client account collections

• Respond professionally to employee inquiries

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of payroll administration experience

• Knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations
