We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper with robust experience in cloud accounting. Utilizing tools like Xero and QBO, you will ensure comprehensive bookkeeping services across various client industries. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for maintaining client relationships and enhancing financial reporting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle bookkeeping efficiently for various clients

• Maintain detailed accounts including payables and receivables

• Prepare month-end financial statements and sales tax filings

• Handle payroll duties including source deductions

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience

• Familiarity with cloud accounting software (Xero, QBO)

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Preferred certifications in Xero or QBO

• Understanding of sales taxes and payroll processes
