This key role involves preparing Canadian income tax filings, working on monthly and annual tax provisions, and handling audit processes. You’ll also research corporate tax issues and assist in developing intercompany reports. Your insights will help to identify and implement process automation improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Canadian income tax filings and remittances accurately
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
• Manage notices of assessment and resolve discrepancies
• Support audit requirements and information gathering
• Contribute to tax process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related domain
• CPA designation with over 6 years of relevant tax experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and tax software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
