Position: Senior Tax Consultant Focused on Canadian Sales Tax Compliance and Strategy
Drive Canadian sales tax engagements as a Senior Tax Consultant. Leverage your analytical expertise to manage GST/HST, QST, and PST compliance and facilitate effective audits.

This role empowers you to lead Canadian indirect tax projects while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality results. You will analyze reported tax, prepare detailed documentation, and engage with federal and provincial auditors as needed. A focus on mentoring junior members is encouraged to build a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create review plans for effective tax engagements

• Analyze and reconcile reported taxes for clients

• Prepare documentation for refund submissions

• Negotiate refund processing with auditors

• Identify and analyze client opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline

• CPA designation preferred; 4–5 years indirect tax experience

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in collaborative and independent settings
