We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Summer Student to join our Calgary office. This is a term position beginning in May 2027 and running for approximately four months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for or assist with the following duties but not be limited to:

• Review invoices for accuracy and route through the proper approval channels
• Upload invoices into Open Invoice
• Ad hoc tasks as needed

The successful candidate needs to have experience in the following areas in order to be qualified for this role:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Excel) is considered an asset
• Previous experience in Open Invoice and Open Ticket is considered an asset
• Must be currently enrolled in an accounting or finance diploma or undergraduate program
• Preference will be given to students who will have recently completed their first year of post-secondary studies by May 2027

The successful candidate will need the following skills in order to perform the duties of the position effectively:

• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to take pride and ownership of work
• Self-starter, takes initiative, and proven ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
