Position: Eaton Accounting and Controls Role
Eaton is hiring an Accounting and Controls Analyst for a hybrid role in Calgary, Edmonton, Delta, or Burlington. This essential position involves financial reporting and internal compliance oversight.

In the PCS Regional Controller team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to regulations. Your tasks will include managing financial statements and establishing controls to prevent fraud. Analyzing data for financial insights and collaborating with operations will drive improvement efforts in accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements based on GAAP and SOX

• Implement procedures to mitigate financial misstatements

• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations

• Assist in the finance operations of the site

• Analyze financial data to identify potential issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience

• Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship

• Hybrid work model at select Eaton locations

• Preferred qualifications include CPA recognition or Oracle skills
