Resorts of the Canadian Rockies seeks a passionate Accounts Payable Clerk to work on-site within the dynamic Accounting team. This role integrates financial responsibility with a love for outdoor recreation.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for invoice processing, vendor communications, and payment processing. This position will require excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and resolve discrepancies

• Issue payments per company guidelines

• Communicate with resorts to address invoice queries

• Track and report on expenditure approvals

• Perform miscellaneous bookkeeping duties as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of accounts payable experience

• Certificate in accounting or business related

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Previous bookkeeping experience is an asset
