Position: Bookkeeper with Evans Hunt
Become a Bookkeeper at Evans Hunt, covering a 12-month maternity leave. Support finance operations through full cycle accounting in a flexible hybrid setting.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Bookkeeper will ensure the smooth running of financial processes, maintaining accuracy during this coverage period. You will be responsible for receivables, payables, and reconciliations, ensuring effective financial management and timely reporting. Your reliability and attention to detail are essential for this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and client invoicing

• Oversee the accounts payable cycle, including approvals

• Conduct accurate media invoicing and reconciliation

• Post credit card transactions in a timely manner

• Provide backup support for the finance team as required

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of comprehensive accounting experience

• Post secondary qualifications in Accounting or a related field

• Required proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Experience with Net Suite is a plus

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
