This role is integral to Vialto’s mission of connecting the world through effective tax solutions. With a minimum of seven years’ experience, you will review and sign personal income tax returns for globally mobile employees while ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You'll also provide invaluable insights on tax equalization policies and analyze payroll data to support employees’ financial well-being within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately review and sign Canadian and US tax documents

• Advise clients on tax equalization understanding

• Analyze compensation data to determine tax obligations

• Prepare documentation to enhance tax positions

• Maintain comprehensive tax records for audits

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional tax experience

• US Preparer's Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required

• Preference for CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent designation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax processing tools
