THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking an experienced Controller (CPA) to lead financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end and quarter-end close processes. This role will oversee a finance team and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes.

Oversee financial reporting, consolidations, and cash flow reporting.

Review journal entries, reconciliations, AP, and supporting schedules.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reporting.

Ensure compliance with IFRS and strong financial controls.

Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Lead, mentor, and support the finance team.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting.

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a hands-on finance leader with strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience. You bring sound judgment, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
