As an Accounting Supervisor under the Finance department, you will ensure timely and compliant financial reporting while supervising critical accounting functions. The role involves analytical reviews of financial data, coaching a dedicated team, and supporting cross-departmental collaborations. Candidates should have proven accounting expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise month-end close, reconciliations, and corporate accounting tasks

• Perform analytical reviews and identify financial discrepancies

• Provide coaching to enhance team performance and development

• Review and approve journal entries in relevant systems

• Prepare thorough balance sheet reconciliations and analyses

Requirements:

• CPA designation is essential

• Five years of relevant accounting experience required

• Prior supervisory experience is highly valued

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and advanced Excel skills

• Excellent leadership and organizational competencies
