This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. You will independently manage the full cycle of cost control, ensuring budget compliance from estimation to final settlement. Your responsibilities include preparing cost baselines, analyzing quotations, and tracking mid-term costs, while also developing decision support recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost baselines and forecasting before project starts

• Manage budgets from bid estimation to project completion

• Monitor project costs dynamically and analyze variances

• Perform completion cost comparisons post-project

• Support decisions with robust data analysis
