Key Responsibilities:- Monitor project costs, commitments, budgets, forecasts, and variances
- Maintain change control, trend, and change order registries
- Prepare project cost reports, dashboards, and payment applications
- Conduct cost audits and develop cost control strategies
- Validate timesheets and vendor invoices for project billing
- Degree or diploma in engineering, construction, accounting, or related fields
- Preferred 10+ years in cost or project controls
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and contract knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Power BI, P6, and MS Projects proficiency
- Clear communication and strong analytical problem-solving skills
