Financial Accounting Reporting Manager

Lead financial close and reporting at Midstream Energy Partners, supporting full-cycle accounting across energy operations in the United States and Canada.

This manager supports the financial controller with oversight of accounting, reporting, and month-end and year-end processes. The role spans multiple entities and industries while working closely with leadership. It requires US GAAP reporting, audit coordination, and team management.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and review US GAAP financial statements and footnotes
• Coordinate external audits and resolve audit findings
• Research accounting standards and document policies and positions
• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, accruals, and revenue recognition

• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
• Supervisory or management experience in accounting
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Financial close and financial statement preparation experience
• ERP proficiency, advanced Excel, and team leadership skills
