Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator

Organized professionals can manage customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and track payments as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at First Onsite.
This position supports daily accounts receivable activities and accurate customer records. You will monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and investigate payment issues. The work also involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve account discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor outstanding customer receivables and overdue payments
Contact customers by phone and email regarding inquiries
Investigate payment issues and account discrepancies
Record collection activities and payments accurately
Coordinate internally to resolve outstanding account issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
One to three years of office administration experience
Knowledge of accounts receivable processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Strong organization, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Bring customer communication, discrepancy investigation, and payment tracking skills to First Onsite's accounts receivable team.
