Senior Client Accounting Mentor

Lead client accounting through accurate reporting, audit coordination, and staff development at First Service Residential. Strong analytical skills are essential.
This Senior Accountant works across Accounting leadership, property management, banking partners, and third-party vendors. You will prepare association financial packages, coordinate audits and tax returns, and guide Staff Accountants. The role uses Avid Xchange, Click Pay, and Welcome Link for system coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate audit reports, tax returns, and year-end adjustments
Maintain banking and third-party vendor relationships
Train, mentor, and guide Staff Accountants
Review financial statements prepared by Staff Accountants
Assist supervisors and managers with reporting needs
Requirements:
Five to seven years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of financial statements and journal entries
Proven attention to detail and integrity
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively across settings
Bring senior accounting leadership, audit coordination, financial analysis, and mentoring skills to First Service Residential’s client accounting team.
