Cost Control Analyst SAP Excel

As a Cost Analyst, you will monitor AFE and job-level performance while supporting Well Delivery teams. The work includes financial reporting, invoice review, operating expense analysis, and discrepancy resolution. Collaboration with Supply Chain Management and Finance supports accurate, efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review vendor and contractor invoices for compliance
Resolve invoice discrepancies and accounts payable inquiries
Prepare reconciliations supporting forecasts and accruals
Analyze monthly operating expense performance data
Maintain material transfer and inventory tracking accuracy
Requirements:
Two or more years of oil and gas experience
Cost control or project accounting experience preferred
Diploma or degree in a related discipline
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel
Understanding of procure-to-pay processes
Bring cost control, SAP, Excel, and reconciliation expertise to Cenovus financial operations supporting Well Delivery performance.
