Private Client Tax Supervisor

Advise private business owners and high net worth families as a Tax Supervisor at RSM, specializing in taxation and client engagement leadership.

RSM’s Private Company practice serves businesses and families with complex financial and tax requirements. As Tax Supervisor, you will advise clients on business and tax opportunities, oversee partnership, corporate, and trust engagements, and collaborate across specialty tax areas. The role includes staff leadership, training, mentorship, and growth support.

• Advise owners on succession, wealth transfer, and tax compliance
• Manage partnership, corporate, and trust tax engagements
• Anticipate needs and collaborate across RSM specialty tax areas
• Provide training and career mentorship to team members
• Develop relationships with clients and professional advisors

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related business field
• At least four years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience managing client engagements in recent years
• Proficiency in entity and individual taxation
• Familiarity with gift and estate taxation
