Receptionist; Temporary

If you are a new graduate, recently arrived in Canada, or looking to get back into an office environment, our reception assignments might be the ideal position to add to your resume! We have multiple clients in Calgary who reach out for temporary or contract support in their offices.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Sorting and distributing mail.
• Managing and summarizing emails, mail, and office messages.
• Providing administrative support to the team.
• Caretaking of the lobby area, receptionist desk, and the kitchen.
• Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• One or more years of related experience working in a corporate environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in-person and over the phone.
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently.
