Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment? Our client, a well-established construction company in NE Calgary, is seeking aProduction Coordinatorto join their dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll oversee scheduling, directing, and coordinating field crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within builder timelines.
Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and remain calm under pressure will be instrumental in ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The key job functions are:
- Coordinate field crews and prioritize job sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Schedule suppliers for package pickups, deliveries, and returns.
- Organize and communicate with crews and builder supervisors regarding job site statuses throughout the day.
- Strategically plan and manage the Delivery Driver’s daily and weekly schedule.
- Verify and prepare multi-family project files, pre-order materials, and schedule crews and deliveries.
- Oversee service requests, coordinating with the service department and builders to resolve issues.
- Address on-site challenges such as equipment needs, excavation issues, or material shortages.
- Maintain quality control by preparing inspection lists and ensuring project completion standards.
- Uphold company policies on health, safety, and respectful workplace practices.
Education:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, business administration, or a related field is an asset.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers licence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of administration or coordination experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Experience working with field crews and an understanding of construction materials and processes.

Base Salary:$50,000 – 65,000 per year
- Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

Work Hours:
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday – Friday

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
