Twelve Six Services is a Calgary-based advisory and development firm focused on energy, infrastructure, power, and data center development.

We’re looking for a highly organized, sharp, and proactive person to help keep the business running smoothly.

About the Role

This is not a traditional corporate Executive Assistant role.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in fast-moving environments. You might have experience in admin, coordination, operations, hospitality, project support, or office management—or you may simply be someone who is exceptionally dependable and loves bringing order to chaos.

You’ll work closely with the founders across scheduling, communications, internal operations, project coordination, and day-to-day execution.

We care far more about judgment, work ethic, organization, and follow-through than years of experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and travel
  • Keep tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups organized
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items
  • Draft and format emails, presentations, and business documents
  • Organize digital files, folders, templates, and internal records
  • Support project tracking and internal operations workflows
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and partners
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and meeting prep
  • Handle occasional personal logistics and administrative support for founders
  • Help improve systems and processes as the company grows

Experience

We expect most strong candidates will have 1–3 years of experience, but we’re open to exceptional candidates with less.

Experience in any of the following is helpful:

  • Administrative support
  • Operations / coordination

  • Hospitality / event coordination
  • Project support
  • Customer-facing roles requiring high organization
