TAKK Equipment Rentals is a growing Alberta‑based equipment rental company serving the construction, industrial, and renewable energy sectors. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail‑oriented Office Administrator to support our day‑to‑day administrative operations. This part‑time position offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping support, customer service, and office coordination.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Enter rental contracts and customer information into company systems
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with inventory tracking and equipment documentation
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling and general office administration
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred
  • Experience with Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Position Details
  • Part‑time position: approximately 10–20 hours per week
