Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reception coverage and manage mail and calls
• Process invoices and oversee payments
• Maintain professional office appearance and coordinate repairs
• Manage office supplies and support business units
• Assist with planning office events and social activities
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
