This permanent role requires between 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. You will be responsible for evaluating and reviewing administrative practices. Additionally, you will manage office support staff and ensure compliance with privacy legislation while preparing data and special reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate current administrative procedures for improvements
• Delegate tasks to office staff to enhance productivity
• Monitor adherence to deadlines and procedures
• Administer government privacy-related policies
• Prepare reports and correspondence based on gathered data
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school at minimum
• 7 months or more experience in administration
• Strong organization and task management skills
• Flexible availability including mornings and weekends
• Proficient in data entry and office coordination
Lead impactful administrative initiatives as an Office Manager and contribute to streamlined office operations.
