As a key member of the CBRE team, the Workplace Experience Receptionist plays a vital role in creating professional and friendly atmospheres. Your responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating meeting schedules, and assisting with deliveries. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct incoming visitors and calls
• Schedule and prepare meeting spaces with necessary setups
• Manage incoming mail, packages, and freight deliveries
• Perform general clerical duties and order supplies
• Arrange hospitality services for guests, including transportation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic math abilities for calculations
• Authorized to work in Canada
