In this position, you will be essential in daily operations, maintaining departmental files, and greeting visitors at Age Care Walden Heights. Your key tasks will include answering phone calls and managing mail distribution, ensuring a safe and friendly environment for residents and visitors. Bring your dedication to service and ability to handle routine inquiries all day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain department files and routine office records
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
• Answer telephone calls and greet visitors warmly
• Relay messages to appropriate personnel accurately
• Assist in keeping the business office organized
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist role required
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent education
• Some post-secondary education preferred
• Knowledge of office procedures and bookkeeping essentials
• Strong communication skills and compassion for seniors
