The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting daily office services and administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational efficiency through office workflow adherence
• Maintain updated filing systems and manage records
• Assist with monitoring office expenditures and contracts
• Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting updates
• Coordinate scheduling and communication across departments
Requirements:
• Previous experience in administrative roles (3 years preferred)
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and office management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent multitasking and organizational capabilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
Assist in improving office efficiency and project support with outstanding organizational skills.
