About the Role
We are seeking a professional, outgoing, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests, customers, and team members. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where exceptional customer service is a priority.
Hours
Full-time hours are:
Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression of our organization by warmly welcoming visitors, assisting with inquiries, and directing guests to the appropriate departments or personnel. You will be responsible for managing a multi-line phone system, answering and routing inbound calls promptly and professionally, and ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s commitment to outstanding customer service.
In addition to front-desk responsibilities, you will maintain accurate customer and visitor records, update profiles and databases, manage visitor logs, and ensure all administrative documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
This position requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with various departments to support daily operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
Provide accurate information and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
Maintain visitor logs, customer profiles, and administrative records with a high degree of accuracy.
Monitor reception and waiting areas to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, mail distribution, and document management.
Support internal teams with scheduling, communication, and other clerical duties as required.
Uphold company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and has strong organizational skills that contribute to a positive and efficient workplace.
