In this position, you will facilitate the well-being and support of graduate students, ensuring their experiences align with university standards. Reporting to the Manager of Graduate Student and Program Support, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass administrative support, communication with diverse stakeholders, and managing student service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administrative tasks for the Associate Deans
• Handle graduate student appeal processes and documentation
• Monitor office activities, tracking service volumes
• Manage multiple team inboxes and inquiries
• Support scheduling for Student Team meetings and workshops
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is a must; advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years in post-secondary administrative roles
• Familiarity with student services and appeals processes
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume settings
