AARC Community Engagement Coordinator Assistant

This position provides essential administrative support across various AARC initiatives. You'll help with donor database management, assist in the design of outreach materials, and coordinate events. Strong organizational and planning skills are crucial as you help execute successful community engagement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update donor databases
• Assist with event planning and execution for AARC
• Design engaging mailouts for fundraising campaigns
• Support volunteer coordination for community events
• Assist in preparing agendas and minutes for meetings
Requirements:
• One to three years in an administrative role
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Attention to detail and prioritization ability
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM and database software preferred
