We are seeking a proactive Receptionist/Office Administrator for a long-term temporary position in SE Calgary. This role balances front-desk responsibilities with essential administrative tasks in a busy office setting.
The successful candidate will enhance customer interactions and streamline office processes. You will be multi-tasking effectively, responding to inquiries, and supporting various departments with their administrative needs. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills will ensure you create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and serve as the main contact point
• Manage incoming telephone inquiries professionally
• Support documentation, data entry, and filing tasks
• Assist in coordinating meetings and office supplies
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of office or administrative experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Reliable personal transport needed for commuting
