This pivotal role, reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, requires a professional adept at multitasking and providing high-level support. Engage with physicians, manage schedules, and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a patient-centered focus. Your ability to handle budgets and track communications will be instrumental in supporting departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage physician call schedules effectively
• Facilitate meetings through detailed agendas and accurate minute-taking
• Reconcile budgets and assist with event coordination
• Handle patient appointment scheduling and documentation
• Ensure adherence to privacy practices and organizational policies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in office or business administration
• 4 years of relevant administrative experience
• Advanced computer skills with Connect Care and MS Office
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of finance principles in a healthcare setting
