In this essential full-time role, you will provide administrative support to the Community Relations Department, coordinate community events, and assist in managing volunteers. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the organization's community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee volunteer onboarding and compliance requirements
• Manage department communications and responses
• Develop and prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Organize training sessions and community events
• Maintain safety and procedural documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in an administrative support role
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Access to reliable transportation for local travel
