Become an integral part of Ausenco's team in Calgary as an Office Services Coordinator.
This role offers a 14-month term with a focus on operational excellence and customer service.
In this position, your experience in office management and facilities coordination will shine. You will oversee vendor logistics, manage office supplies, and assist in maintaining a safe workspace. Your strong organizational skills will support various operational processes, ensuring efficiency during onboarding and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and greet clients at reception
• Coordinate purchasing of office supplies
• Manage vendor arrival and delivery logistics
• Liaise with contractors for maintenance services
• Assist with document storage and recycling efforts
Requirements:
• Established experience in office or facilities management
• Exceptional communication and service-oriented skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with technical proficiency
• Proactive in independent project coordination
