With this full-time position, you will support a high-performing team responsible for delivering innovative projects across Canada. Candidates should have 3-5 years of project coordination experience and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will help track project budgets, coordinate approvals, and support procurement processes to facilitate successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project approvals, contracts, and documentation

• Monitor budgets and identify variances proactively

• Support procurement process for material ordering

• Organize project meetings and track action items

• Analyze project performance data for reporting

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in project coordination or administration

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
