Position: Part-Time Unit Clerk at Carewest

As a temporary part-time position at Carewest, you will be instrumental in MDS assessment scheduling, chart management, and administrative support for client services. The role emphasizes customer service while coordinating appointments and managing medical information. You will provide crucial assistance to the Director of Care and nursing staff, exemplifying Carewest's core values such as Caring and Teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support MDS assessment scheduling and medication orders

• Manage client charts and administrative tasks

• Coordinate and schedule client appointments and tests

• Maintain office and medical supplies inventory

• Deliver exemplary customer service to clients and visitors

Requirements:

• Unit Clerk certificate is mandatory

• Previous Unit Clerk or Medical Office experience preferred

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• High attention to detail and organization

• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
