In this role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations while collaborating with multiple departments. Key tasks include managing schedules, supporting operational processes, and coordinating events. An adaptable mindset and strong organizational skills are necessary to thrive in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full administrative support to the Senior Director
• Support department deliverables and business plans
• Coordinate and administer operational processes
• Act as a liaison with internal teams and vendors
• Manage purchasing activities for the Commercial Operations team
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 5+ years administrative experience in a senior role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
