Become an EHS Administrator dedicated to health and safety at our Prince Rupert site with a 14on/7off schedule. Play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance and facilitating effective EHS initiatives.
This position involves the organization of EHS documentation, tracking compliance, and assisting in the incident reporting process. Your efforts will ensure that all records are accurate and confidential. Ideal candidates possess strong coordination skills and a deep understanding of EHS functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize EHS documentation, records, and filing systems
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Prepare safety communications and distribute materials
• Support internal and external audits with documentation
• Maintain safety bulletin boards and EHS information resources
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus
• Previous administrative experience in an operational role
• Adept with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
