Position: Oncology Administrative Support IV Role
Join AHS as an Administrative Support IV at the Arthur Child Cancer Centre in Calgary. Play a vital role in patient care by providing clerical duties to the RT Dayroom Unit.

In this position, you'll utilize your specialized skills to support complex procedures in a collaborative team environment. Communicate effectively between nursing staff, departments, and patients while managing scheduling tasks and greeting patients. Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality will ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and greet visitors at reception

• Handle phone calls and manage patient inquiries

• Facilitate patient referrals and internal communications

• Prepare and coordinate essential patient documentation

• Train and mentor new clerks and practicum students

Requirements:

• High school diploma and relevant post-secondary education

• Completion of medical terminology and Unit Clerk programs

• Recent Clerk IV experience in related fields

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required

• Criminal record check is mandatory
