We are looking for an experienced Area Operations Coordinator to support the Area Vice President in day-to-day operations. You will be instrumental in managing personnel, budget preparations, and special management studies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact across various levels are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out diverse administrative duties for the Area Vice President
• Coordinate office services including personnel and budget management
• Act as a liaison among Area, Region, and operating centers
• Prepare and analyze financial and customer service reports
• Plan meetings and maintain schedules of appointments
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in office productivity software
• Bilingual in English and French (Quebec)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
