Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
3 to 5 years of professional experience.
Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures.
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Train staff.
- Oversee and co‑ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting, under pressure and tight deadlines; attention to detail, organized, reliable, multitasking, time‑management skills.
