This temporary position requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively. You will greet clients, manage phone calls, coordinate meeting spaces, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and guests, notifying employees accordingly
• Answer phones and direct calls to proper recipients
• Maintain clean meeting rooms, kitchen, and reception areas
• Manage courier services and maintain postage equipment
• Provide project management and administrative support as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Ability to adapt in a busy environment
