This entry-level position focuses on maintaining and improving the office environment at PBS Systems' Calgary location. You will perform key building operations support, including scheduling repairs, managing supplies, and ensuring the property is well-kept and secure. Effective communication with on-site staff and external vendors will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the office and building
• Schedule and conduct routine maintenance inspections
• Manage stock levels and order office supplies
• Greet visitors and handle front desk operations
• Assist onboarding processes for new hires
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• High School Diploma required
