At Age Care Dawson, the Receptionist plays a key role in supporting our long-term care mission. You will manage office tasks including bookkeeping, answering calls, and greeting visitors. Your contribution helps maintain a safe and secure space for residents and staff alike while serving our community with compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain files and office records accurately
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail promptly
• Greet visitors and answer phone inquiries
• Relay messages to appropriate personnel
• Support a secure environment for residents
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar reception role
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of office procedures and bookkeeping
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Provide exceptional front desk support and administrative assistance at Age Care Dawson while serving our seniors with care.
