In this integral position at Tourmaline Oil Corp., you will report to the Manager of Drilling Operations and be vital in ensuring seamless drilling activities. Your responsibilities will include processing field tickets and invoices and maintaining well records and operational databases. Along with managing regulatory applications, you will assist with team events and provide general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit regulatory applications and compliance documentation
• Coordinate reporting and maintain regulatory awareness
• Manage well records and operational databases
• Process invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Liaise with vendors regarding invoice-related processes
Requirements:
• 1–5 years of administrative or operations support experience
• Strong organizational skills for managing deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; industry software experience is a plus
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach
