Primaris REIT is searching for a dedicated Property Coordinator for their Sunridge Mall location. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of office administration experience, strong interpersonal skills, and thorough knowledge of ERP software, particularly Yardi. This position demands multitasking and excellent organization in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to internal and external customers

• Manage Yardi administration, including payables and sales figures

• Process tenant rent cheques and prepare daily deposits

• Collect and verify tenant insurance and input sales reports

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring effective communication

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma;
Business Administration preferred

• 1–2 years of Office Administration experience

• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
