We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for ongoing work in North East Calgary. This position involves verifying shipments, preparing orders for shipment, and performing data entry for inventory management. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Enter received inventory data accurately into the system
• Generate detailed reports as required
• Answer calls and address inquiries from clients
Requirements:
• Proven administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills
