Join Tourmaline Oil Corp. as a Drilling Administrator in Calgary. Support drilling operations with regulatory administration, data management, and operational coordination in this full‑time office role. As a key member of the Drilling Operations team, you will report to the Manager and play a vital role in supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and compliance applications.
- Maintain well records and operational databases accurately.
- Process invoices, verify documentation, and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate onboarding and contractor records efficiently.
- Assist in creating training materials and team events.
- Occasional after‑hours support for urgent tasks will be required, ensuring every operational detail is managed efficiently.
- 1–5 years of administrative support or oil and gas experience.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry‑related software.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
