- Manage vendor coordination and support tasks
- Complete accurate monthly expense reconciliations
- Issue and track work orders for timely service completion

- 2+ years experience in office or administrative roles
- Previous scheduling or coordination experience required
- High School Diploma is essential; post‑secondary education preferred
- Must have a explicit RCMP background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
