Reporting to the Director of Care, you'll coordinate care staffing schedules while ensuring compliance with agreements.
Your role will also involved filling shifts, maintaining client task sheets, and managing payroll functions alongside hiring assistance. If you're organized and have experience in a healthcare environment, this is an ideal opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update client-specific task sheets regularly
• Assist in the hiring process for new positions
• Manage incoming medical documents for distribution
• Complete payroll tasks related to Care Department
• Provide general clerical support to the office team
Requirements:
• Two years’ experience in administrative support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in healthcare and Collective Agreements is a plus
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check required
